In the event that a refund is the agreed-upon solution, the following guidelines apply:

General Policy

• Students who cancel their registration before the course start date are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

• After a course begins, refunds are not available. Once you’ve accessed the course, you’ve gained entry to proprietary material and reserved a seat that can’t be offered to someone else.

Live Courses

• We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the course start date on our live, instructor-led programs.

• After 15 days, these courses become non-refundable.

Pre-Recorded Courses

• All pre-recorded or on-demand courses are non-refundable, as full access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Processing Fees

• All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, which covers transaction and administrative costs.
